Close Your Eyes

The gentle twilight
Fills the space where we belong
I watch you resting as the night
Begins it song
The distant city lights are glowing
Through the glass
I hold your hand and hope this
Moment learns to last
The night is calm and full of velvet blue
And every second brings me
